Our executive team has many decades of experience across multiple sectors. They bring that diverse range of knowledge to Demilec – it’s how we have continued to grow and adapt over the last 30 years.

  • Simon Baker

    Global President

    Simon Baker is the Global President of Demilec and a seasoned international executive with extensive experience in polyurethanes.  His career began in supply chain and operations where for over 10 years, he focused on delivering operational excellence in the UK, China and across Asia with ICI Polyurethanes. Moving to Belgium in 2003, he took on a number of roles that culminated into the leadership of the extensive EAIME insulation & SPF business unit.

    In 2015, Simon relocated to the US for a strategic role with Huntsman Polyurethanes focused on the development and execution of the divisional M&A program, which included the eventual acquisition of Demilec in 2018. He has a Bsc. with honors from The University of Wales – Cardiff where he majored in International Transportation & Logistics.

    As a leader Simon believes in bringing clarity in strategic direction and then engaging individuals and empowering teams to turn intent into reality for the benefit of all stakeholders.

  • Doug Brady

    Vice President of Global Innovation & Product Management

    Douglas Brady is Vice President, Global Innovation and Product Management and brings 17 years of marketing, sales, and operations experience to Demilec.  Doug earned a B.S. in Physics and an M.B.A from Carnegie Mellon University, and served as a US Naval Officer.  Prior to joining Demilec, Doug worked for Graco as the Director of the High Performance Coatings and Foam. Every day is a new opportunity to positively impact our stake holders, improve on what we did yesterday, and focus on the growth of tomorrow.

  • Keith Stevenson

    Vice President of Sales

    Keith Stevenson joined Demilec in June of 2019 as the VP of Sales.  Keith’s focus is to strategically lead the commercial sales team to drive increases in premium sales revenue and volume through both the direct contractor and distribution channels.  Prior to joining Demilec, Keith’s entire career has been in leadership positions in the building products industry.  Those positions include five years as a Director of Sales at Benjamin Moore & Co. and 17 years at GAF in various sales capacities including Area Vice President, National Accounts Manager, Regional Sales Manager, and Territory Manager.  Keith graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelors in Business Administration. 

    Keith’s largest accomplishments throughout his career have centered on coaching and building sales teams that focus on adding value to the customer relationship.  His personal business philosophy is “Selling the benefits of quality will lead to positive customer experiences, ultimately resulting in long term trust and customer loyalty.”

  • Elizabeth Lalli-Reese

    Vice President of Global Risk Management & Human Resources

    Elizabeth Lalli-Reese is the Vice President, Global Risk Management and Human Resources at Demilec. In her role, she manages risk, legal matters, and human resources for the global organization. She is also instrumental in the globalization of Demilec products worldwide. During her time at Demilec, she has also acted as the General Manager for the Quebec market, based in Boisbriand, QC.  Along with 15 years of progressive experience, Elizabeth’s educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Texas Christian University and a Juris Doctorate from Texas A&M School of Law. Prior to joining Demilec, Elizabeth worked in positions of increasing scope and responsibility within risk management, human resources, and operations. Elizabeth loves new technologies, emerging markets, and innovation.

  • Betsy Cosper

    Vice President of Marketing

    Betsy Cosper is the Vice-President Marketing and she manages all aspects of Marketing and Communication for the global organization.
    Betsy is a seasoned marketer bringing over 2 decades of consumer packaged goods, B2B marketing and strategy expertise on businesses in Canada, the United States and Europe. She has a diverse background including senior leadership roles in building materials leading the marketing and product commercialization internationally for Icynene Inc, as well as globally leading the strategy and expansion of natural lawn and garden products for The Scotts Miracle Gro Company. Betsy holds a bachelor of science with honours and earned her MBA from McGill University, an International MBA from Hautes Etudes Commerciales in France and is certified with Corporate Directors International.

  • Ana Davis

    Vice President of Global Purchasing

    Ana Davis is the Vice-President of Global Purchasing.  In her role, she oversees the business operations of the procurement department to manage vendors, materials and supplies. She brings more than 20 years experience in large corporations with demonstrated history of accomplishments in purchasing organization in process manufacturing environments.  She is experienced in negotiations, sourcing, global agreements, inventory programs, capex, logistics and supplier development.  A hands-on leader offering a broad range of skills; always highly driven to cost savings initiatives and managing change.  She believes that “If supply chain had an enemy, it would be called “Bad Communication".

  • Thomas Harris

    Vice President of Building Science

    Thomas Harris is Vice President, Building Science. In his role he drives innovative product applications and specification of Demilec products. Over his career, Tom has lead Standards Development Committees in North America, developed broad ranges of rigid polyurethane foam systems, launched new business units and developed unique applications for polyurethane foam insulation. Tom has over 35 years of polyurethane foam development and deployment experience ranging from Development Chemist, Product and Marketing Management, Business Development and Building Science in Canada and the United States. Tom strongly believes that each new day provides an opportunity to improve.

  • Greg Thomas

    Vice President of Supply Chain & Global Customer Experience

    Greg Thomas is the Vice President, Supply Chain and Global Customer Experience at Demilec. In his role, he directs the strategy and implementation of providing a superior customer experience to Demilec’s customers through delivery and logistics excellence. Greg prides himself in working hand in hand with the commercial organization to ensure a dynamic customer experience for each interaction.  Before joining the Demilec team in 2016, Greg’s career included supporting Fortune 500 organizations in leadership roles in the areas of Finance, Real Estate, and Banking. Along with 12 years of professional experience, Greg’s educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Mississippi Valley State University and a Masters of Public Administration from the University of Texas of Arlington.
