BINDERS FOR POUR-IN-PLACE
PREMILEC polyurethane binders offer contractors the possibility to construct sporting and recreational surfaces for a wide variety of applications from "all-weather" international standard running tracks, to safety areas in children's playgrounds.
Hard, traditional playgrounds with their unacceptable dangers are making way for a new, safer generation of play surfaces.

They remain flexible at low temperatures, can be made resistant to damage from spikes and are easy to clean and maintain.
Soft rubber granules and high performing elastomeric polyurethane binder are carefully mixed on site to form a malleable material which is then laid to the required form and thickness around equipment legs and fixings.
Once the material has been screened into place, it is cautiously rolled to bind into a uniform seamless finish.
As the elastomeric polyurethane binder cures, it binds the soft rubber granules together.
These playgrounds and safety surfaces are available in 4 standard colors: Red, Blue, Green and Black.
The ELASTOPUR series also includes low viscosity solvent free one component polyurethane binders designed for the production of prefabricated rubber products for running tracks, playfields, tennis courts, recreational rooms for fitness and weight lifting, etc.
