Established in 1983, DEMILEC is a system house specializing in research, development, manufacture and commercialization of high quality polyurethane foam systems.
Within ten years, these newcomers to the Plastics Industry have become Canada's fastest growing manufacturer and marketer of Urethane Foam Systems. DEMILEC (Canada) has a manufacturing site of 70000sq.ft in the Montréal area, operated by highly qualified employees.

As part of the North American strategy, DEMILEC is diversifying its business base by offering the DEMILEC (Canada) and PREMILEC (Canada) product lines to contractors and manufacturers in the US. These products are also manufactured in the United States in order to better service this market.
 

The sales of DEMILEC (USA) depend primarily on the following specialty polyurethane systems:

  1. SEALECTION 500 (semi-rigid foam insulation, 100% water blown)
  2. ELASTOPUR (prepolymer binders used to agglomerate recycled rubber tire granules)
  3. HEATLOK, Roofing foams and Pour-in-place foams (rigid foam insulation, blown with HCFC 141b)
  4. Flexible foam systems and pig foams
  5. Pour-in-place elastomeric systems
  6. Urethane and polyurea membranes
